Club Partner Program · Internal Overview
The Club Partner Program is not a new product. It's a new way to sell the existing product — to a customer who pays more, churns less, and brings us more customers automatically.
Honest Assessment
The product works. These are the gaps between "works if an admin manually sets it up" and "a club can buy and run this themselves."
No self-serve club signup or checkout
HighA club director cannot sign up and pay on their own right now. We have to manually create their group in the admin panel. We need a club-specific checkout flow tied to Stripe.
No Stripe product set up for club tiers
HighClub Starter, Club Pro, and Enterprise are not yet Stripe products. We need price IDs created in Stripe before we can automate billing for clubs.
Bulk athlete invite is functional but rough
MediumThe CSV upload works but the experience isn't polished enough to hand to a non-technical club director without hand-holding. Needs cleaner UI and error handling.
Group Admin Dashboard needs a usage alert
MediumClub admins have no notification when they're close to hitting their monthly quota. They'd only know if they log in and check. We should add an email alert at 80% usage.
No onboarding guide for new club admins
LowRight now a club director gets access and figures it out. We need a simple 3-step welcome email sequence that walks them through inviting athletes and reading the dashboard.
Enterprise custom branding is not automated
LowWhite-label setup (custom domain, logo swap) is a manual 4-hour task by our team. Not a blocker to sell it, but needs a documented process so we're not reinventing it each time.
How It Works
Seven steps. Most of the work happens in the first 48 hours. After that, the club runs itself.
We identify a program — AAU club, prep school, regional network. We have a 20-minute call. We learn how many athletes they have, what sport, and whether they're already trying to solve this problem on their own.
Club Starter for small programs (up to 10 athletes), Club Pro for mid-size (up to 30), Enterprise for large networks. We send a simple one-page agreement. No long contracts — month-to-month to start.
Takes about 5 minutes. We log into the admin panel, create a ClientGroup with their club name, set their monthly quota, and toggle on the features their tier includes. That's it — the backend is configured.
We add the club director's email and assign them the Group Admin role. They get an invite email. When they log in, they see the Group Admin Dashboard — every athlete, every report, all usage data.
The director uploads a CSV with athlete names and emails, or adds them one by one. The platform sends each athlete a registration invite. When they sign up, they're automatically covered by the club's plan — no credit card, no upgrade wall.
An athlete logs in, enters a college name and their profile, and gets a full fit report in under 30 seconds. No setup. No confusion. Their results are automatically visible to the club admin in the dashboard.
Every quarter we pull the club's usage report. If they're hitting quota every month, that's an upgrade conversation. If engagement is low, that's a coaching conversation. Either way, it's a relationship — not a one-time sale.
The Human Case
Behind every club account is a director who's overwhelmed, families who are confused, and athletes who deserve better information. This is what we're fixing.
Before
Running a 30-athlete program out of spreadsheets and group texts. Spends Sunday nights emailing coaches for updates. Has no idea which athletes are actively researching and which ones are stuck.
After
Logs into one dashboard. Sees every athlete's report history, current recruitment stage, last active date, and how much of the monthly quota is left. Does the same job in 10 minutes that used to take 2 hours.
Before
Paying $300/hour for a recruiting consultant who gives generic advice. Has a list of 8 schools but no idea which ones are realistic. Terrified of wasting their kid's time on schools that will never recruit them.
After
Gets a fit score and coaching profile for any school in under a minute. Sees exactly why a school is a strong fit or a long shot. Shows up to the prospect camp with a professional scouting document their athlete printed.
Before
Watching highlight tapes and hoping coaches notice. Doesn't know what coaches are actually looking for, whether their GPA is competitive, or if the roster even has room at their position.
After
Gets honest, data-driven feedback on their fit before they invest time in a program. Knows the coaching staff's philosophy, the roster depth at their position, and what they need to work on to improve their odds.
Team Responsibilities
This only works if each role is clear. Here's how the work is divided across the team.
Sales / Partnerships
Does not touch the platform setup. Hands off to Ops after payment.
Operations / Admin
Does not do athlete onboarding — that's the club admin's job.
Product / Engineering
Does not handle sales conversations or club admin training.
Customer Success
Does not own the initial sale — only kicks in after the agreement is signed.
Pricing & Terms
No upfront multi-year payments. Every term is billed annually — one payment per year. Longer commitment = bigger discount. Credit card required at signing.

Revenue Potential
There are roughly 30,000 club sports programs in the U.S. We don't need most of them — we need a few hundred of the right ones.
| Active Clubs | Avg Monthly Rate | Monthly Revenue | Annual Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $149 / month | $1,490 | $17,880 |
| 25 | $299 / month | $7,475 | $89,700 |
| 50 | $349 / month | $17,450 | $209,400 |
| 100 | $399 / month | $39,900 | $478,800 |
| 250 | $449 / month | $112,250 | $1,347,000 |
250 clubs = $1.3M ARR. That's before a single individual family subscription is counted.
Common Questions
Feature-wise, yes — they're the same product. The difference is how it's bought and managed. An individual Enterprise plan is one person logging in. A Club Partner account is the club director managing 30 athletes, all covered under one contract with locked-in annual terms. The buying motion, the value prop, and the retention characteristics are completely different.
We already have the product. We already have the users. The club partner program is just a smarter way to package and sell what we've built — to customers who pay more, stay longer, and sell for us.
